You retain ownership of content you upload or generate. You grant pixelcut a limited license to host, process, and display such content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit and use your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, pixelcut is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service, and we disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
